ms gabga offered a warm welcome i appreciated her excellent service. the check-in and check-out process was quick. i will definitely visit again because of her helpful attitude.

i found the entrance to the car park difficult especially with a big car. the hotel reception area felt basic like a 4-star hotel. the room felt small to me.

sound insulation awkward situation

The breakfast had a lot of options at the buffet, and you could also order eggs.

The room had issues with sound insulation. I could hear every door open and close in the hallway. It was uncomfortable. people were arguing during checkout. It was awkward. I didn't like my stay this time.

the entrance to the car park was difficult. i have a big car and found it challenging to maneuver. the hotel reception area felt basic, more like a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one. the room, though clean, was quite small
